Matcha Green Tea Coconut Ice Cream

Our Matcha Green Tea Coconut Ice Cream is made with Truvia calorie-free sweetener so there is no refined sugar added. This ice cream is delicious as a sweet, rich treat after your meal, or a perfect mid-afternoon innocent sweet treat. It's made with coconut milk so you still have that creamy taste. Low calorie ice cream, with all of the taste.

Serving size





  • 400ml Coconut Milk

  • 2 Tbsp Coconut oil, melted

  • 2 Tbsp of Truvia

  • 2 Tbsp of Honey

  • 2 tsp of Matcha green tea powder* (adjust to taste)

*Green tea powders can vary in strength – add according to your personal taste.

    Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender and mix well until there are no traces of Matcha powder visible. Taste and adjust the level of Matcha powder if required. Transfer and refrigerate until completely cold.

    Pour the green tea ice cream into a pre-chilled ice cream maker and allow the ice cream to churn until it thickens (usually takes approx. 30-40 mins). Serve immediately or transfer to a suitable container and freeze for a further 2-3 hours.

    When ready to serve leave out at room temperature for 10 -15 mins until it has softened. Serve and enjoy. Best consumed within 1 month.
