Energy 190 Ingredients 270g apples, peeled1 tsp fresh lemon zest1 Tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice150g fresh strawberries, sliced150g blueberries, fresh or frozen150g blackberries, fresh or frozen1⁄4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon, ground2 Tbsp corn flour54g Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener1 pie crust25g butter Directions Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 218°C.Peel and thinly slice apples; place in bowl, top with lemon zest and juice; set aside.In large mixing bowl, place strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, salt, cinnamon, corn flour and Truvía® calorie-free sweetener; blend together; set aside.Place pie crust dough on lightly floured surface; roll out; transfer to parchment-lined sheet pan.Gently combine apple and berry mixtures.Place fruit mixture into center of pie crust; leaving 11⁄2 border around edge of crust; place butter pats on fruit filling.Flip up crust edge towards middle, pleating as you fold up.Bake in 218°C oven for 50-55 minutes; rotate 180° half way through baking.Cool on wire rack; serve warm or at room temperature.
