Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe Mangoes
  • 125ml Canned light Coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • Mango or passionfruit to serve
  • ½ tsp Truvia

Directions

  1. Put the Mango flesh into a blender and blend.
  2. Add in the coconut milk and Truvia and blend until smooth.
  3. Add Chia seeds – Mix well
  4. Pour into a bowl, cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  5. Decorate with Mangoes and passionfruit.
  6. Enjoy
