Ginger and Cashew Nut Energy Balls

These energy balls are make an ideal snack, especially for that mid-morning pick me up. So quick and simple!

  • 200g Cashew Nuts

  • 150g Dates

  • 50g Dried Cherries

  • 2 Tsp Ground Ginger

  • 1 Tsp Truvia

  • 1 Tsp Maple Syrup


  • 1.

    Grind up cashews nuts in a food processor until a fine powder

  • 2.

    Add in all of the other ingredients and blitz until all incorporated. Mixture should feel wet and bind well.

  • 3.

    Roll into balls 12-18 (approx. 30g each)
