Oatmeal and Raisin Cookies

These Oatmeal and Raisin Cookies are quick, easy and delicious. Perfect to share (or not!)

  • 110g Butter (unsalted)

  • 29g Truvía®

  • 10g caster sugar

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 egg

  • 12 tsp of Vanilla Extract (We use Nielsen-Massey)

  • 100g of plain white flour

  • 12 tsp bicarbonate of soda

  • 12 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 12 tsp salt

  • 120g porridge oats

  • 125g raisins


  1. Preheat oven to 180C

  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, Truvía® and sugar. Add the honey, egg and vanilla extract until smooth.

  3. In a second bowl mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

  4. Add the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture, mixing until fully combined.

  5. Stir in the oats and raisins.

  6. Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto an un-greased cookie sheet, leaving 2 inches between each cookie.

  7. Bake for 10 mins, or until the edges are golden.

  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 mins, then place the cookies onto a wire rack to cool.

  9. Share with friends and enjoy!
