Goji Berry Walnut Granola

Superfood goji-berry walnut granola for a sweet start to the day...

  • 2 cups of Oats

    ½ cup chopped walnuts

    2 Tbsp coconut oil melted

    2Tbsp Honey

    ½ cup Sunflower seeds

    1Tsp Truvia

    1 cup of Goji berries


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180C.

  • 2.

    Stir the oats, coconut oil and honey until thoroughly combined.

  • 3.

    Evenly distribute the mixture on a lined baking sheet.

  • 4.

    Bake for 15 minutes, stirring half way through.

  • 5.

    Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds and berries.

  • 6.

    Allow to cool before placing in an airtight container.
