Mini Apple & Cinnamon Crumbles

These low calorie crumbles are a feel good winter warmer dessert that is good for your diet as well.

  • 2 Peeled, cored and diced Bramley Apples

  • 1-2 Tbsp Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener

  • 100g Allinson Plain Flour (Crumble)

  • 100g Low fat butter (Crumble)

  • 2 Tbsp of sugar

  • 100g Jordan's Porridge Oats


  • 1.

    Place the dice apple in a heavy bottomed saucepan, add the Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener to taste and 2 Tbsp of water, then bring to a simmer and cook the apples for about 5 minutes, until tender.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C / Gas 4

  • 3.

    To make the crumble mix the flour and butter together to get breadcrumb texture, then stir in the sugar and oats.

  • 4.

    Spoon the apple into 4 ramekin dishes then top with a thick layer of crumble topping.

    Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes .
