Rosemary-Lemon Champagne Cocktail

A hint of rosemary combined with lemon zest, this light libation adds joie de vivre to your next party.

  • 134 tsp Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener

  • 14 tsp finely chopped rosemary needles, plus 1 sprig for garnish

  • 12 tsp finely grated lemon zest

  • 34 cup cold Prosecco or Champagne

  • Ice


  • 1.

    Combine 1 packet Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener with chopped rosemary, zest and 14 cup water in a cocktail shaker that is filled with ice.

  • 2.

    Dip the rosemary sprig in the mixture and allow extra syrup to drip off.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle remaining Truvía® packet over the rosemary sprig.

  • 4.

    Tap to remove excess and set aside.

  • 5.

    Pour champagne into a chilled flute.

  • 6.

    Add the chilled rosemary liquid.

  • 7.

    Garnish glass with the Truvía®-dusted rosemary sprig.
