Ingredients

SALAD

  • 1 bag of washed spinach

  • 3 large oranges, outer skin removed and cut into thick slices

  • 12 pomegranate, seeds only

  • 12 shallot, thinly sliced

  • 1 Tbsp of fresh rosemary

  • Sea salt and ground pepper to taste

TRUVIA POMEGRANATE DRESSING

  • 4 Tbsp Pomegranate juice

  • 4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 12 Pomegranate, seeds only

  • 12 tsp Truvia

Directions

  • 1.

    Arrange all of the salad ingredients on a platter or serving plates, sprinkling with the fresh rosemary.

  • 2.

    To make the dressing whisk together the juice, oil, vinegar and Truvia until well combined. Add in the pomegranate seeds and mix again.

  • 3.

    To serve drizzle the dressing over the salad as desired.
