Ingredients

  • 60g Rolled Oats
  • 400ml Milk of choice
  • 1 Apple
  • 30g Pecans chopped

1tsp Cinnamon

  • 15g Truvia

Directions

  1. Bring to a steady simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly to give you a smooth, creamy porridge.
  2. Grate half the apple and fold through the porridge. Slice the remaining apple for the decoration.
  3. Serve the porridge with sliced apple, chopped pecans and sprinkled cinnamon
